Details
The TELESEND LOCATION is a broadcast quality, zero delay HD transmitter and LCD receiver that sends HDMI and HDSDI signals with embedded audio over distances of up to 70m.
Designed for a director walking behind the camera, the HDSDI and HDMI outputs on the LCD receiver also make it perfect for media villages and live OB links.
The transmitter can be mounted directly onto the camera using V-Lock, Anon Bauer or PAG batteries, and the LCD receiver is usually kept in a carry case, and can be powered all day from a single broadcast battery.
The transmitter has a BNC input with loop through for the HDSDI signal, and there is also a HDMI socket for cameras with HDMI outputs.
The transmitter also acts as a HDSDI to HDMI convertor, meaning SDI rushes can be displayed on a consumer LCD in the hotel room at the end of a day's shoots.
On the rear of the LCD receiver are two BNCs, for HDSDI input and a HDSDI output. There is also a HDMI output socket. This means that when the director is not using the receiver as a portable monitor, it can be connected directly to larger monitors at the media village.
Stereo audio is via the headphone socket on the front of the LCD receiver, the internal loudspeakers, or via embedded audio through the HDSDI or HDMI video signals.
