These rugged and lightweight plates are screwed to the underside of the camera ensuring a strong contact between base and tripod. Such plates are essential for EX owners as there has been many sad reports of their cameras falling off tripods due to the inadequate fixing system.

There is also a shoulder mount which can be easily fitted when needed. It rests over and behind the shoulder, improving balance and providing more comfort for the cameraman. When a battery adapter or power distributor is fitted, the weight of the battery provides additional balance and stability.
